AESTHETICIAN TRAINER (URGENT)

 

Job Description:

  • Train newly hired aestheticians using a systematic plan that consists of lectures, demonstrations, discussion,  interactive activities.

  • Develop and prepare outline for the training.

  • Administer evaluation after training

  • Provide individualized tutorial or remedial instruction to aestheticians who require it

  • Complete clinic services on clients when required

  • Assist with customer service at the front desk when required

  • Stay informed about changes and innovations in your field

  • Provide timely feedback to aestheticians regarding training progress

  • Assist Sales Representatives during Demo and Training schedules.
