Job Summary

  • Attend meetings and keep minutes if needed.

  • Coordinate and facilitate client and supplier’s meetings and appointments 

  • Handle confidential documents ensuring they remain secure

  • Pre-approve request office supplies for Admin Dept. and forwards to purchasing

  • Professionally greet and receive guests and clients

  • System administrator 

  • Manage and maintain an adequate inventory of office supplies

  • Oversee IT and Admin task

  • Creating content for social media posting and boosting

  • Analyses trends, data, demographics, pricing strategies, and other information that can potentially improve sales

Job Details:

  • Responsible for managing social media accounts and ensures that all inquiries of clients are being answered;

  • Responsible for keeping track of products;

  • Responsible for sending the summary DR and Collection of nationwide sales personnel, sending the stocks monitoring for Head Office, quarterly report of number of units delivered;

  •  Responsible for facilitating  rewards for sales personnel and coordinates with Accounting;

  • Responsible for booking airline ticket and accommodation for employees/visitors;

  • Responsible in arranging the schedule of a meeting of the management;

  • Responsible in keeping confidential records and files of company and management.

Job Requirements:

  • College Graduate, preferably business related courses.

  • At least 2 years’ experience in administrative works or any relevant field

  • Has excellent supervision skills

  • Preferably has industry relevant experience

  •  Proficient  in Microsoft Office  (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  •  Has ability to create spread sheets and presentations
