Restaurant Manager- ASAP!

Mister’s Seafood and Grill is looking for Restaurant Manager who is passionate about food and customer service, who has strong work ethic and leadership.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily with restaurant management operations

• Organize and supervise restaurant operations, including staff shifts and responsibilities

• Ensure restaurant’s compliance with sanitation and safety regulations

• Secure restaurant’s supplies and operational costs

• Implement policies and protocols for smooth restaurant operations

• Create detailed reports on restaurant’s revenues and expenses

• Train employees and ensure they deliver quality service

• Respond to customer needs and complaints

• Promote brand through word-of-mouth and other traditional marketing means, as well as through online marketing

• Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of relevant work experience (undergraduates may apply if they meet the minimum years of experience)

• Customer-service oriented

• Strong leadership, motivational, and people skills

• With a degree in either business administration, management, hotel and restaurant management, and culinary courses

• Extensive food and beverage knowledge

• Must have knowledge in both traditional and online marketing
