We urgently need

PRODUCTION PAYROLL CLERK

Qualifications:

We are looking for an efficient payroll clerk to be responsible for all tasks involving production piece rate payroll processing. The payroll clerk has responsible of duties that include collecting timesheets; calculating data ensuring employees receive the correct amount of pay.

Responsibilities:

• Collecting and verifying timesheets.

• Entering employee information and data into the system.

• Calculating payable items output

• Investigating and resolving discrepancies.

• Preparing periodic payroll reports to Accounting

Requirements:

• Graduated of any four (4) year course in College

• Previous experience in a Payroll Department.

• Strong attention to detail.

• Good math and communication skills.

• Strong organizational skills.

• Team player.

• 8 AM to 6 PM Monday – Thursday

• Friday 8:00 – 4:00 PM
