Job Qualification:
Must have a Bachelors Degree of any course or Undergraduate
Must have 1-2 years experience relevant to the Job responsibilities
Willing to work Onsite in Cebu
Willing to work in Night shift
Excellent Communication Skills
Knowledgeable in Advanced Excel
Duties/Responsibilities:
Prepare source data for computer entry by compiling and sorting information.
Print information when required.
Enter data from source documents into prescribed computer database, files and forms.
Enter customer and account data by inputting text based and numerical information
Maintains data entry requirements by following data program techniques and procedures.
Process client source documents by reviewing data for deficiencies and to establish entry priorities
Resolving discrepancies by using standard procedures
Obtain further information for incomplete documents.
Resolving discrepancies by verifying with client or immediate superior for resolution.
Verifies entered customer and account data by reviewing, correcting, deleting, Review data for deficiencies or errors. Check source documents for accuracy.
Purging files to eliminate duplication of data.
Check incorrect information and formatting to fulfil company quality control policies.
Check completed work for accuracy
Respond to requests for information and access relevant files.
Generate reports and store completed work in designated locations. Maintain logbooks or records of activities and tasks.

Maintains client confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.
