DATA ENTRY (Freight Operator)


Job Qualification:

  • Must have a Bachelors Degree of any course or Undergraduate

  • Must have 1-2 years experience relevant to the Job responsibilities

  • Willing to work Onsite in Cebu

  • Willing to work in Night shift

  • Excellent Communication Skills

  • Knowledgeable in Advanced Excel


  • Prepare source data for computer entry by compiling and sorting information.

  • Print information when required.

  • Enter data from source documents into prescribed computer database, files and forms.

  • Enter customer and account data by inputting text based and numerical information

  • Maintains data entry requirements by following data program techniques and procedures.

  • Process client source documents by reviewing data for deficiencies and to establish entry priorities

  • Resolving discrepancies by using standard procedures

  • Obtain further information for incomplete documents.

  • Resolving discrepancies by verifying with client or immediate superior for resolution.

  • Verifies entered customer and account data by reviewing, correcting, deleting, Review data for deficiencies or errors. Check source documents for accuracy.

  • Purging files to eliminate duplication of data.

  • Check incorrect information and formatting to fulfil company quality control policies.

  • Check completed work for accuracy

  • Respond to requests for information and access relevant files.

  • Generate reports and store completed work in designated locations. Maintain logbooks or records of activities and tasks.

  • Maintains client confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.

  • Comply with data integrity and security policies
