MedSpecialized, Inc. is looking for a HR Associate!

General Description: The Human Resource (HR) Associate is responsible for obtaining, recording, and interpreting human resources information within the company. Manage company human resources records and ensure timely service delivery of the HR processes.


​Work Arrangement: Temporary Work From Home. Once the pandemic situation is better, employees may be required to report in our office in Cebu.


Office Location: 8th floor Skyrise 4B Building, IT Park, Lahug, Cebu City, Cebu


Holidays: All national Philippines and USA holidays are observed.


Salary range: Php 18,000.00 - 21,000.00



  • Process government benefits application of employees

  • Manage and help maintain records from tracking to 201 filing.

  • Assist in onboarding employees by providing the necessary documentations and tools

  • Receive and process employee requests through the ticket system and maintain the Service Level Agreement.

  • Follow and help implement confidentiality of HR files

  • Assist the HR manager in the legwork of QA tasks

  • Any ad hoc tasks that may be assigned in the fulfillment of the HR Assistant role


  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology is preferred

  • Must have experience in Human Resources especially in managing records (required)

  • Experience in processing government benefits (preferred but not required)

  • Knowledge of database software, email systems, and office software.

  • Should also know basic Google suites (especially spreadsheet)

  • Must be willing to work night shift and in-office

  • Should be flexible with shift schedule (core hours will be from 10PM - 4AM)

  • Must be keen to details as the job requires lots of record management
