PROJECT MANAGER

Job description:  
 

Assisting Client Manager in keeping overview of tasks:   

• Providing a daily status report for the client manager and making sure that the task/project status is updated 

• Coordinating with Marketing Team and preparing PowerPoint presentations for client meetings   

• Setting up tasks in monday.com based on client manager's feedbacks 

• Making sure that the company project management tool (monday.com) is organized and updated   

Assisting the client manager in communication:   

• Monitoring channels, emails and monday.com boards.  

• Communicating with clients on incoming tasks, feedbacks, or any concerns that may arise 

• Handle crisis communication according to standard procedures   

• Coordination with the client manager and the other departments on client feedbacks (MS Teams channels and email), setting-up tasks and assigning people to work and execute them   

Project management for Digitalfeet:  

• Keeping track of all the projects and tasks. Coordination with developers, designer, marketers, and QA persons 

• Contributing on project planning, setting-up timelines, breaking down projects into tasks, and keeping track of deadlines.  

• Setting up agenda for weekly team meetings.  

• Providing a weekly status report to be presented in weekly team meetings.   

Working smarter:

• Continuously evaluating and making sure that we are using the best possible software for project management and communication, and the best possible workflows   

• Making sure we communicate clearly with proper channels in MS Teams, emails and monday.com boards.  

• Implementing smarter solutions for different tasks and projects  

• Assisting in workshops to generate procedures and delivery plans   

Assisting the Marketing Team:

• Project management of campaigns – listing of tasks needed to complete and delegating them.    

• Updating timelines according to marketing plans
