We’re looking for incredible individuals who can get Apple products up and running again. As a Service Technician, you help our customers get more out of our products by sharing knowledge and providing exceptional customer service. You get new owners started and give current ones quick and efficient support. You also keep the customers happy, making sure every situation you handle ends with a smile. Apple certification is an advantage as well as experience in electronics or computer repairs.
Establish service by studying system requirements; ordering and gathering components and parts; completing installation; performing acceptance tests
Ensure the service area is well staffed at all times, during the operation hours.
Maintains rapport with customers by examining complaints; identifying solutions; suggesting improved methods and techniques; recommending system improvements.
Serves existing client by analyzing work orders; investigating complaints; conducting tests; resolving problems.
Keeps personal equipment operating by following operating instructions; troubleshooting breakdowns; maintaining supplies; performing preventive maintenance; calling for repairs.
To apply, you must:
Be a graduate of Bachelors Degree in Information Technology or related field
Have 3-4 years working experience as technician
Have excellent time management skills and can make decisions quickly
Have strong communication, problem solving and analytical skills
Have the ability to demonstrate excellent customer service and work ethics in negotiating difficult situations
Be a fast learner
Be willing to learn and be trained
Be flexible with your schedule. Your work hours will be based on business needs.
