We work with several equipment suppliers and consultants from around the world to provide our clients a world class lightweight concrete product.
Our flagship product—The LITEBLOCK™ is a walling product that provides superior installation speed, strength and heat insulation while being more economical than concrete hollow blocks. It is a promising alternative to the traditional wall construction in the Philippines.
We are currently need of:
COMPANY NURSE / HR ASSISTANT
Qualifications:
Graduate of BS Nursing
Must be a registered Nurse with updated PRC License
With at least one (1) year experience in hospital or industrial setting
Provide basic healthcare services to employees to ensure healthy and safe working environment and in compliance with all regulatory and occupational health and safety DOLE requirements
With at least one (1) year experience in handling overall HR functions (an experience in Manufacturing industry is advantage)
Knowledgeable in basic Philippine Labor Laws
Can effectively deal with all levels of people in a manufacturing environment
Must be honest, result oriented, team player and with good learning attitude
Job Responsibilities:
Provides assistance on emergency care of first aid to employees of the plant when necessary during his/her shift
Provides basic treatment and procedures like wound dressing, vital signs, medicine administration, etc. during his/her shift
Develops, organizes, and implements health and safety programs, and employee programs and events.
Document all employee injury and illness
Maintains employee records and company documentations updated and confidential.
Monitors and maintains company medicines and clinic supplies
