Duties and Responsibilities:

Comply with Contract Addendum
100% attendance during the whole duration of the Program
Includes: no tardiness, no cutting classes during the USRN Build Program
Must complete and pass at least 3 Internal Examination with a passing score of 70%
Must complete and pass the Post-Diagnostic Test with the passing score of 80%
Must comply with the assessment and evaluation recommendations
Must take the Final Examination 1 week after the Final coaching
Signoff from the service provider if candidate is ready to take NCLEX after the final coaching.

Qualifications:

Graduate of Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
Holds active and unrestricted local (PH) Registered Nurse license
Must have at least 3 months experience as a Registered Nurse in a clinical setting
Experience in a front-office (voice) call center or BPO back-office environment is an advantage
Knowledge of ICD-9 and ICD-10 and CPT codes is an advantage
Project offers temporary work from home set-up, but must amenable to return to office once recalled
Must be willing to be assigned in Accenture Cebu
