Scrum Master

Our client is is an Australian owned parking software and hardware company. We’ve been in the parking market for over seven years and we currently operate in New South Wales, Queensland, Victoria and Western Australia.

They will be expanding and is looking for a talented Scrum Master who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

What you’ll be doing:

• Facilitating a collaborative environment to deliver value using Agile philosophy

• Facilitating effective team meetings and working with teams spread over multiple locations

• Working within Jira to manage task allocation and dependencies between teams

• Ensuring any impediments to the team are removed

• Using metrics such as Burndown charts etc effectively to motivate teams to continuously increase their performance

• Enabling technical excellence, team effectiveness and architecture

• Coaching individuals and team to high performance and be self-organising

• Collaborating with senior stakeholders to help realise the roadmap through from concept to production

On your first day we’d like you to have:

• At least two years experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar position (Delivery/Project Management) in a Scrum-based Agile organisation

• Demonstrated Industry based knowledge and experience in the delivery of complex large-scale applications and web services

• Great experience with Jira in an agile organisation and fluency with reporting tools sto measure the teams task throughput

• Ability to adapt to a changing and fast-paced environment

• Nice to have experience within a Software-as-a-Service experience

• Strong documentation and attention to detail

• A deep understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies to coach the existing team and refine our delivery processes

• Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written
