  • Guaranteed 2 Days Off per week

  • At least 1 year or less work experience at HRD (in ESL industry preferable)

  • At least College Graduate preferably BSBA Major in Human Resource Management or BS/AB Psychology 

  • Experienced processing expats visa is a plus

  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

  • Pro-active and result-oriented

  • Working shift: 9 am-6 pm/2 pm-11 pm with 2 days off on Weekdays

Job Responsibilities:

  • Adhere to laws and regulations

  • Updates advertisement for hiring activities

  • Follow up and support applicants for teaching positions

  • Coordinate job fairs and build good alliance with universities and agency

  • Conduct orientation and meetings for new employees

  • Correspond with employees’ concerns in HR field

  • Interview with concerned employees and guide them onto the right track

  • Maintain 201 files of employees updated and in proper manners

  • Monitor instructors’ attendance

  • Facilitate for the evaluation of Trainees and Probationary employees for regularization, promotion etc. 

  • Process BIR, SSS, PhilHealth and HDMF enrollment

  • Draft and serve Notices and Memorandums

  • Administer HR Meetings

  • Perform other related duties as required by manager
