HR OFFICER (URGENT)
Guaranteed 2 Days Off per week
13th month pay given every December

Company Events (three times a year)
At least 1 year or less work experience at HRD (in ESL industry preferable)
At least College Graduate preferably BSBA Major in Human Resource Management or BS/AB Psychology
Experienced processing expats visa is a plus
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Pro-active and result-oriented
Working shift: 9 am-6 pm/2 pm-11 pm with 2 days off on Weekdays
Adhere to laws and regulations
Updates advertisement for hiring activities
Follow up and support applicants for teaching positions
Coordinate job fairs and build good alliance with universities and agency
Conduct orientation and meetings for new employees
Correspond with employees’ concerns in HR field
Interview with concerned employees and guide them onto the right track
Maintain 201 files of employees updated and in proper manners
Monitor instructors’ attendance
Facilitate for the evaluation of Trainees and Probationary employees for regularization, promotion etc.
Process BIR, SSS, PhilHealth and HDMF enrollment
Draft and serve Notices and Memorandums
Administer HR Meetings
Perform other related duties as required by manager
