URGENT HIRING!!!!

Stranaghan & Sons Enterprise, an Australian company based in Lapu-Lapu City is now looking for a Customer Service Representative to join the team!

You will be helping a small group of hotels in Australia by providing telephone and email support for guests and responding to their enquiries.

Apart from customer service, you will also be expected to do simple admin tasks (sending out access codes to guests, taking reservations).

Fluent English is a must. You need to be able to communicate over the phone and in writing.

Full training will be provided for solid customer service experience. Excellent telephone manner is a must. We are also looking for people who can work well under pressure, take initiative, make decisions and solve problems quickly.

Duties and responsibilities:

- Answering phone calls and dealing with guests inquiries

- Answering all emails.

- Sending access codes via SMS and emails that aren’t automated

- Follow manager's instructions

- Responding to reviews on booking platforms.

- Deal with any admin tasks that on-site staffs instructs them to do.

Hours of work (Philippines time)

Monday - Sunday 6am - 1pm or 1pm to 8pm

Two days off (not fixed - rotates monthly)

Salary: Up to ₱20,000 per month

Preferably residing within Lapu-Lapu City (Our office is in Gun-ob, Lapu-Lapu City)

BPO experience is a big plus!
