General Accountant

CSCC is in need of General Accountant.

Qualifications:

• Must have a bachelor’s degree in Accounting

• With at least 2 years of experience in General or Cost Accounting

• Well versed in all facets of accounting including preparation of FS

• Highly motivated, organized, team player, fast learner, analytical and goal-oriented

Duties and Responsibilities

• This position takes charge of the implementation of accounting systems, procedures, and controls at the store level.

• Maintaining effective management systems and processes on assigned function which may cover Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Payroll, Financial Reporting and other accounts.

• In charge of collating data from various departments needed in producing PNL Reports.

• Prepare Journal Entries for accrual and book adjustments seeing to it that accounting entries conform with the company’s accounting procedures and that recording of transactions corresponds with the date of the transaction.

• Prepares other accounting reports as may be required from time to time.

• Preparation of relevant documents for BIR filing and preparation.

• Other tasks may be assigned by his superior from time to time.
