General Description: Technical Recruiter helps a company hire practical candidates that match a desired set of skills. Duties include finding resumes with proper qualifications, screening these candidates, and sourcing the matches to the right open positions, interviewing and endorsing.
Work Schedule and Arrangement: Day shift
Hybrid Work Set-up – Four (4) days WFH & One (1) day onsite work every week
Office Location: 8th floor Skyrise 4B Building, IT Park, Lahug, Cebu City, Cebu
  • Handle end-to-end recruitment process
  • Use social media and online resume database networks (e.g. LinkedIn, Facebook, JobStreet) to look for and connect with potential candidates
  • Review resumes to pre-screen candidates
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify each position’s requirements
  • Send emails and perform callouts to follow up with candidates
  • Develop a network of potential candidates and industry professionals
  • Log candidate information in our Applicant Tracking System and other internal databases
  • Identify future hiring needs and proactively source potential hires
  • Schedule applicants for interviews with requestors
  • Other ad hoc tasks assigned by superiors
  • Preferably a Psychology or HRDM graduate with 1-3 years of recruitment experience.
  • Good understanding of recruitment process
  • Has a technical sourcing background
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
  • Good time-management skills with the ability to handle various open positions simultaneously
  • Knowledgeable with headhunting and sourcing techniques
  • Computer savvy and familiar with Google Suites (especially Google Sheets and Google Docs)
  • Experience with using an Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a big plus
  • Strong willed, self-motivated, goal-oriented and with a positive attitude
  • Can work with minimal supervision
  • Must be willing to work on holidays and weekends
Salary and monetary benefits (in PHP):
  • Monthly salary of 20,000 - 23,000 (Plus incentives)
