The Associated Labor Unions (ALU) is the country’s largest labor federation. ALU’s sustainability was further enhanced by the completion of major physical and organizational projects which enabled the Union to draw organizing targets, strengthen solidarity among local union members and ALU staff, and provide better and wider services to membership, including their families.

ALU is looking for qualified individuals for the following position, to wit:

FINANCE DIRECTOR

Qualifications:

Must have adequate accounting experience;
Thorough and detail-oriented individual;
Preferably a Certified Public Accountant, but non-cpa applicants are also much welcome; and
Able to work with less supervision.

Job Summary:

In charge with the planning and directing of all activities of the Finance Department and coordinate the functions of the different sections, and to consistently operate on a cost-effective basis within the framework of the established policies, objectives and programs of the Association and its member Unions.
