What is your mission?

  • Facilitate New Hire Orientation

  • Plan and implement onboarding experience activities (first 30, 60 and 90 days)

  • Maintain and develop content for onboarding portal (new hire guide, FAQs, etc.)

  • Prepare onboarding and welcome kits for new hires

  • Coordinate with TA - Onboarding team on new hire transition activities

  • Creates and maintains reports and trackers relevant to onboarding activities

  • Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned by the management from time to time, within your category of employment in the organization and for the effective implementation, maintenance and continual improvement of the Quality Management System of TDCX.

Who are we looking for?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Communications or at least 2 years of relevant experience

  • Prior experience as an Onboarding Specialist is a plus

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Exceptional time-management and organizational skills

  • Detail-oriented, innovative and can work with minimum supervision

  • Must be willing to work rotating shifts

  • Must be willing to work in different locations
