MedSpecialized, Inc. is looking for Technical Writers!

Work Schedule and Arrangement: 10 AM - 7 PM PHT from Monday to Friday, Hybrid Work Set-up

Office Location: 8th floor Skyrise 4B Building, IT Park, Lahug, Cebu City, Cebu

Responsibilities:

Writing user manuals, release notes documents, scripts, newsletter articles, and other related internal documents.
Researching available product information and coordinating with subject matter experts.
Testing the technical features of the software and determining the best user-friendly instructions to use.
Ensuring that a document’s final draft complies with the team’s established guidelines and specifications.
Applies appropriate levels of editorial treatment to existing documents.
Meeting deadlines accordingly.

Requirements:

Stable internet connection and a conducive work environment at home
Physically fit to work in a BPO setting
Willing to work in our Cebu IT Park office at least once a week
Willing to work during holidays and weekends
College graduate of any program
Strong attention to detail and multi tasking skills
Excellent technical writing skills
Comfortable with and able to understand technical information
Able to convey technical information in a simple, organized, concise, and understandable manner
Insistent in getting accurate information from various sources
Proficient in Microsoft applications
Good English verbal and written communication skills

Salary and monetary benefits (in PHP):

Monthly salary of 16,000 - 20,000 (not including bonuses)
New hire bonus of 5,000
