Qualifications:

• At least 3-5 year(s) of working experience as HR Business Partner in the BPO Industry

• College Graduate

• Amenable to work in shifting schedules

• Amenable to work onsite

• Strong Employee Relations Experience

• Strong background with Employee Management, Client Management, Client Engagement with a sizable population of 100-200 employees

Job Description:

• Responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and management in assigned BU.

• Consultant to Management on HR-related issues

• Employee Champion & Change agent

• Executes HR programs in the BU

• Responsible for formulating HR plans in partnership with the business. Provides HR support to line management. Acts as a consultant for specific HR related activities and programs.

• Uses best practices and knowledge of internal or external business issues to improve products or services
