CIVIL ENGINEER (PROJECT BASED EMPLOYMENT)

JOB SUMMARY

• This job is primarily responsible for supervising PSG projects, assist in project designs, specifications, cost estimates and other technical services.

JOB SCOPE

• Prepares roof plan and PU estimates including cutting list, bended details and other accessories required thru the use of ACAD or conventional drafting for installation projects and/or whenever required.

• Prepares Sales Estimates for insulated panels and roofing materials

• Performs Project Management Functions by conducting the following:

• Project inspection during installation and monitoring if necessary

• Prepares technical reports on assigned projects and progress billings.

• Ensures all required documents and agreements are properly documented.

• Provide Engineering Support during project installation

• Attends various meetings regarding site issues or topics and respond to questions and inquiries from customer /owner.

• Serving the Notice of Completion upon completion of the project and the Customer Feedback Survey in compliance with the ISO documentation requirements.

• Provides technical assistance to walk-in / in house and/or perspective buyers.

• Prepares installer’s billings and contracts pertaining to company installed projects.

• Assists in Product Presentation and extend technical assistance as requested by sales personnel.

• Providing efficient customer service and communicating clearly and objectively both verbally and in writing.

• Performs other tasks by superiors as deemed necessary for the attainment of company goals.

• Conducts plant and warehouse visits to assess quality systems and do Safety Observations.

• Supports and demonstrates ownership of health and safety in his/her own area of responsibility.
