Social Media Virtual Assistant

Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced virtual assistant who is well-versed with social media management and tools.
The ideal candidate must be tech-savvy, detail oriented, and constantly learning new market trends.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING | THE ROLE

Roles and responsibilities

Create a social calendar and content for Facebook and Instagram.
Prepare well-structured drafts using digital publishing platforms.
Edit and proofread written pieces before publication.
Promote content on social networks and monitor engagement.
Update our Facebook and Instagram account as needed.
Manages company social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn. and any other relevant platforms
Calendar management.
Creates interesting blogs, posts and videos to be shared.
Schedules posts regularly on all the company's social media platforms
Creates content that focuses on increasing audience engagement
Appointment setting
Proposes new ideas and concepts for social media content
Manages social media communications
Required hours 2 hours a day / 10 hrs per week.

JOB REQUIREMENTS | TO BE SUCCESSFUL

Detail-oriented
Strong English communication and networking skills
Graduate; social media marketing certification or specialisation preferred
Prior experience in a similar role
Basic knowledge of designing on Canva
Well-versed with social media account management tools
Stable & Secure WFH environment
