QUALIFICATIONS:

  • At least 1 year CSR experience 

  • Good communication skills (verbal and written)

  • Excellent listening skills

  • Must have no attendance problems

  • Has good attention to detail

  • Able to easily comprehend and resolve customer issues

  • Can easily follow instructions

  • Can work with minimal supervision
