Job Descriptions:

May conduct one or more of the following:

• Answers phone calls and provide important information/ assistance to clients.

• Checks mail, fax, and internet mail to provide customer assistance.

• Manages computer/online guidelines for the purpose of responding to customer queries.

• Communicates with customers on the phone or use written correspondence to take care of concerns.

• Resolves customer issues on the first call/contact whenever possible without having to transfer the caller.

• Follows escalation procedures as needed

Minimum Qualifications:

• Willing to attend Onsite interview

• Attention to detail is required

• Self-motivated and can handle pressure well

• Excellent English Communication Skills

• Knowledge of basic Microsoft programs

• MUST not be currently employed/studying
