The Plantation Specialist ensures and monitors the implementation of community-based native tree production, planting, maintenance and growing according to the quality standards required for all tree growing contracts of the unit; Assists the Tree Growing Supervisor in ensuring that goals and/or objectives of tree growing partners are met; Works collaboratively with farmers, landowners and community partners and stakeholders to implement tree growing projects.

 

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of any related 4-year course

  • Licensed professional is an advantage

  • With at least 1-year of relevant and progressive experience with substantive technical experience in geotagging and tree plantation and/or nursery management
