SALES ADMIN
Qualifications:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/ College Degree, Business Studies/ Administration/ Management or equivalent
Required skill (s): excellent communication skills, basic computer skills, fast learner and keen to details.
Candidate must be confident and highly organized.
Can work under pressure & amenable to work in Avenir Condominium, Cebu City.
At least 1 year (s) working experience in the related field is required for the position.
Roles & Responsibilities:
To provide support to the sales team and to assigned Account Manager (Vismin Area). Sales admin-VisMin is responsible to take calls or e-mails from customers and alert the sales ambassadors to any urgent issues. Responsible also for routine requests from customers, such as requests for price quotes or delivery dates.
To update the Account Manager and National Sales Manager on orders or deliveries. This support helps the field sales team to work more productively and focus on dealing with customers.
Responsible for performing clerical duties like sales proposal, quotation, and carrying out administrative tasks such as coordinating meetings and office communications
Responsible for the efficient handling of sales orders to help improve the productivity of the sales team by dealing with customer queries and fielding calls
To process sale orders that reach the company by telephone, letter, walk-in, email or website.
Facilitates details of the order and forward the order to operations or dispatch department, providing details also for stock availability or delivery dates
Responsible for the delivery and contact details are correct and update customer records with any changes which may also include customer’s payment or credit status or obtain authorization from the sales manager
In charge of all sales admin tasks (VisMin) in coordination with sales admin1 and sales admin2 or if they are not available.
Reports to National Sales Manager for daily sales transactions, phone or walk in inquiries and deliveries
Receive, Sort and Distribute daily mail deliveries including sending and receiving courier for international and domestic delivery transaction.
Update Back order report and Blanket Purchase order status of VisMin branch.
Preparation of Vendor’s accreditation of all clients upon request of sales ambassador
Assigned as Petty Cash Custodian for Cebu Branch, including Liquidation submission and monitoring
Product sample inventory at assigned office/branch.
Answering, screening, forwarding incoming calls and receiving visitors
Perform other clerical duties such as filing, photocopy, fax transmission and checking office supply request.
