is currently in need of the following:

 

WARRANTY PROCESSOR

 

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Review and process Warranty Request, Tools Request, Service Units. Attends to mechanics concerns regarding brand new MC unit problems encountered

  • Review Warranty Request and validate base on the guidelines and policies specified by the company

  • Handle  the  receiving  and  sending  of  motorcycle  parts and  contact  dealer's and  branches to  ensure  customer  satisfaction

  • Submit Warranty Reports such as total warranty cost, number of defective MC units and warranty claim ration to the Technical Service Manager

Qualifications:

  • At least college level or Graduate of TESDA course

  • Must be a class  "A"  mechanic

  • Must have a professional driver’s license (restriction: 1,2,3)
