Duties and Responsibilities:
Support Australian clients with their technical issues.
Perform patch management on Windows Servers and Clients via Remote Monitoring and Management tool.
Create and maintain documentation and knowledge base on an ongoing basis
Interact with Australian Clients through chat and phone
Action Support tickets
Comply with and maintain knowledge of IT standards and best practices
Work with a team environment, assist other engineers
Work on projects as required, ensuring deadlines are achieved
A Desirable Candidate Will Have:
Strong troubleshooting skills with Windows and Microsoft Office.
Basic knowledge of Windows Server Roles like MS Exchange, Active Directory, Office 365 and etc.
Previous experience in Cybersecurity is a plus
Excellent English communication skills both in oral and writing
Great team player
Strong work ethic
Strong customer service skills - willing to go the extra mile for clients
Experience with an RMM Solution and a PSA such as Labtech/Connectwise would be highly regarded
Industry Certifications would be highly regarded
The ability to create clear and concise documentation in English
