WAREHOUSEMAN
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for the overall receiving, dispatching/pull out in bags or in bulk of raw materials and its proper storage.
OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES
100% checking and validation of receiving and dispatching documents
Facilitate proper storage of raw materials/packaging materials to their respective storage areas.
Ensuring the safety and security of stocks stored in the warehouse.
Ensuring the compliance of good warehousing practices.
Ensuring the compliance of all established standard operating procedures.
Maintaining an accurate inventory of all stocks/packaging materials stored in the warehouse.
Maintaining accurate and complete documentation of all transactions of the warehouse.
Report any incident/accident happen in the assign area.
Observe FIFO protocols
Responsible for receiving all incoming packaging materials/stocks from both local vessel/foreign vessels.
Responsible for safe keeping of all warehouse documents
Responsible for reconciliation of docs vs actual vs system (truckscale file)
Ensuring on time delivery of stocks to customer both internal and external.
Ensuring on time submission of reports (Damages, return to supplier, return from consignees incident report and any discrepancy report in the warehouse).
