DISTRIBUTOR FRONTLINE TECHNICAL MANAGER

Salary Range: 20,000-30,000

JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Distributor Frontline Technical Manager position is a support role conducting pre-sales and after-sales service to customers, as well as to assist Sales team when presenting to customers. 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• To assist sales when conducting technical presentation to customers on the benefits and advantages of using Shell Lubricants and to demonstrate the value that the customers would be receiving.

• To answer technical inquiries received from both potential and existing customers.

• To initiate oil analysis procedures by extracting oil samples from the customer equipment and sending it to the lab for oil analysis as well as discussing the results and recommendation to the customer.

• To conduct both internal and external training sessions on basics of lubrication, product orientation, product storage and handling of lubricants products.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• Graduate of any engineering or automotive-related course.

• With at least two years’ experience in technical environment.

• Experience working with industrial-type customers such as transport, construction, or general manufacturing companies.

• Resident of Cebu or is willing to be based in Cebu
