Job Description
 
A Quadhealth Marketing ACCOUNTING TEAM MEMBER helps the company by improving our collections database and monitoring. We are looking for an Accounts Receivable staff with extensive experience to be part of our team! This is a permanent role which will enable you to access great benefits and will give you an avenue to enhance your knowledge and skills.
 
Role and Responsibilities
The Sales Team Member reports to his/her General Manager. He/she will occasionally report to the Chief Operating Officer.
Responsible for posting collections made and prepares company balances.
Reconciles City Ledger - Current and Past Due Accounts, credit card receivables and collections.
Prepares Aging Receivable - City Ledger Report Monthly.
Assists the sales department in reaching its monthly collections objectives
Prepares monthly cash receipts report.
Uses outbound telephone calls, email communications, and face-to-face or online meetings with customers to improve collections.
Develops and sustains long-term relationships with our key customers.

College Graduate in Marketing, Sales, Business Management. Under graduates may also be considered.

Must help improve Collections Activities
Incentives are tied to credit efficiency of the customers’ accounts
Preferred Skills
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or any Accounting-related course.
At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position
Excellent communication, both verbal and non-verbal
Is strong under pressure and displays problem-solving skills.
Has a good customer service skill.
Has impeccable personal standards (cleanliness, punctuality and an affable personality)
