Is currently looking for:




Job Summary:

  • Responsible for creating, updating, and applying all HR policies and company guidelines and making sure they adhere to standards and laws initiated by immediate head/s. 

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Conducting job interviews with potential candidates

  • Creating a recruitment plan and calendar according to operation and sales projections

  • Maintaining physical and digital files for employees and their documents, benefits, and attendance records

  • Creating employee engagement plans, getting necessary budget approval, and initiating activities

  • Collaborating with outside vendors, upper management, and employees to maintain CSR standards conscripted by authorities

  • Evaluating employee performance and appraising their pay scale accordingly

  • Taking appropriate disciplinary action against employees who violate rules and regulations and addressing employee grievances


  • Preferably a Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or equivalent 

  • Experience in the BPO industry as a Recruitment and Sourcing Specialist is a PLUS

  • Experience and work in Human Resources particularly in the recruitment aspect

  • Has a strong leadership attitude 

  • Average to Fluent in English 

  • Adhoc 

Tool Requirements (non-negotiable): 

  • Laptop with good condition battery and working webcam 

  • Laptop core i3 or i5 with 8Gb ram  

  • Noise-canceling headset  

  • Primary Internet speed with 15mbps minimum

  • Back-up internet preferably pocket wifi (with a different telco line from your primary internet connection: Globe, Smart, PLDT, etc. in case of a power outage) 

  • With a contingency plan in case of a power outage (must secure a 24 hrs open location for charging purposes in case equipment battery is drained)
