Job Description:

  • Implements the company's resource development engagement program by planning, coordinating, and performing recruitment and selection strategies.

  • Executes induction process for selected candidates for hiring.

  • Provides support in recruitment, people management, training, and compensation & benefits section as needed.

  • Assists in the formulation and delivery of human resource strategies, programs, policies, and procedure.

  • Monitors and facilitates employee movements and records.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Graduate of any Behavioral Science-related course

  • Experience in handling recruitment is an advantage

  • Good oral & written communication skills
