PERMITS AND LICENSING STAFF
Your Experience as a Member of Our Team.
As a member of our Accounting team, you would be exposed to the general process flows for our Balance Sheets and Income Statements wherein you play an active role in ensuring the accuracy of the various transactions and records. Under the general supervision of the Accounting Manager, you would gain all-around experience in the field of Accounting.

The Duties and Responsibilities of this position which may include:
Prepare all the required documents for permit applications.
Submit the legal documents and permit applications to local government units.
Follow-up approval of permit applications to local government units as needed.
Keep abreast of the updated rules governing the legal permits applications.
Coordinate with stakeholders for smooth flow of permits operation.
Update database and accomplishment report weekly.
Attend meetings related to project legal documents as needed.
Must be a graduate of any 4-year course related to Business Administration
Familiarity in processing construction permits is an advantage
Enjoys dealing with other people and has good communication skills.
Willing to do fieldwork.
Can work with minimum supervision
Good English and Mathematical skills
Competent in computer applications (MS Word, MS Excel, and PowerPoint, among others)
Must be honest and highly motivated
Must have average communication skills both written and verbal
Must be punctual, responsible and goal-oriented
