What is your mission?
To lead in new software development initiatives and support existing process enhancement
To work closely with the Manager to consult and improve system
Deliver coding, testing, and implementing solutions
To conduct R&D on emerging Internet Technologies
Undertake minor modification to enhance the functionality of current processes
Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned to you by the management from time to time, within your category of employment in the organization and for the effective implementation, maintenance, and continual improvement of the Quality Management System of TDCX.
Who are we looking for?
Candidate must possess at least Diploma, Advanced Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or equivalent
Minimum 3 years of experience as an Application Developer/Software Engineer, preferably from a software development house.
Minimum of 2 years on a lead/supervisor capacity
Strong understanding and interest in Internet technologies
Experience in one or more of the following skills:
Microsoft .Net 3.5/4.0 Framework- ASP .Net- C#- Web scripting such as Javascript, CSS, XML, Crystal reports, and servers- Database management (i.e., SQL)- Full Stack Development
