DIGITAL SPECIALIST

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Build and execute digital media campaign strategy through competitive research, platform selection, benchmarking, messaging, and audience identification.
Generate, edit, schedule, publish and share daily content (original text, images, or video) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action.
Improve the brand's awareness using digital media channels such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other official channels.
Optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of the company's social content
Moderate all user-generated content in line with the moderation policy for each community
Create editorial calendars and syndication schedules
Create content for digital media platforms according to approved guidelines and projects.
Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights, and best practices and acting on the information.
Collaborate with senior management and other departments (customer relations, sales, stakeholders, etc.) to manage reputation, identify key players, and coordinate actions
Ensure brand consistency across all digital media channels.
Monitor impact and return on investment of digital marketing campaigns, if any.
Remain up-to-date with the latest digital / social media trends and design technology available.

REQUIREMENTS:

Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing.
Proven working experience in social media marketing,
Digital Media Specialist, or other relevant positions.
Excellent writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation, and communication skills
Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge
Knowledge of online marketing and a good understanding of major marketing channels
Positive attitude, detail, and customer-oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability
Fluency in English
Knowledge of design and editing programs such as InDesign, Photoshop, and Canva is a plus
Advanced experience with web analytic tools for social media management and other digital channels
Familiarity with paid social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and other social media channels
Basic budgeting skills to reconcile paid digital media placements with the available budget
BS in Communications, Marketing, Business, Public Relations, or any related field
