ADMINISTRATIVE / HR MANAGER
 
Qualifications:
Female
With excellent verbal and written communications
Proficient in Microsoft office applications
Preferably with experience in all facets of HR functions and in general office administration
Must have hands-on or actual experience in developing and conducting Trainings and OD Programs
Has the ability to develop and implement HR plan, strategies and programs in line with the Firm’s overall business objectives.
Develop and implement Performance Management Program.
Must be organized, aggressive and has keen sense of urgency
Willing to work long hours to meet deadlines and expectations.
Must be a graduate of 4-year business course preferably Accountancy or Management Accounting
Knowledge in computer hardware / software maintenance and networking is a plus
