IT SECURITY ANALYST

Responsibilities:

Information Security Analyst is responsible for supporting IT security activities in our customers, promote best practice sharing among European markets, aiming to assume this responsibility at an International level in the mid-term. The key responsibilities are:

• Execute security international projects over different European countries regions and giving support to ISO’s of each country when it necessary.

• Establish and maintain relevant processes and methods to create transparency of Information Security.

• Create transparency concerning the level of fulfilment of the Baseline and Enhanced Security requirements within the Line Organizations (action plans, follow up’s)

• Execute and participate in ongoing security reviews, assessments and audits

• Identify possible solution and mitigating measures

• Follow-up that the security risks are addressed

• Review and analyse data from security logs, alerts and security reports

• Support and advise the organizations concerning IS processes, methods and checks and in the implementation of security requirements.

• Becoming specialist in some security processes and tools

Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree in IT (Computer Science / Mathematics)

• Experience as IT security professional, including:

• Understanding of networks, protocols, encryptions and software designs

• Knowledge of SSO, directory server and Domains

• Knowledge of OWASP, CVSS, CWSS

• Implementation of security requirements for systems design

• IT threat analysis

• Understanding of potential weaknesses found in penetration testing and know-how of mitigation measures

• Understanding the concepts of penetration testing and ethical hacking and be able to analyse and solve weaknesses found in those activities

• Performing information security risk assessments

• Certifications in IT Security area are desirable: CISSP, CISM, CISA, CEH.

• 3-5 years+ proven experience in consulting and project activities as a security professional. Skills:

• Ability to handle requirements from different sources, balancing and prioritizing multiple needs

• Ability to solve conflicts and intermediate to create agreement in an scenario of different interests
