Outbound Sales Representative

What you will do: 

• Initiating contact with potential customers/candidates through cold-calling.

• Creating relationships with customers/candidates to identify their potential needs and qualify their interests.

• Moving solid leads through the marketing funnel, connecting them to a salesperson, and arranging in-person meetings, emails, or phone calls.

• Following up with potential customers/candidates who expressed interest.

• Performing regular follow-up calls or emails and facilitating communication with existing customers/candidates.

• Collaborating with sales executives to ensure the company's goals and targets are met.  

What we are looking for: 

• Must have experience with lead generation or outbound calling 

• Must have strong and clear written and verbal skills in English 

• Must be able to work at a fast pace and have the ability to handle tasks under pressure 

• BPO experience a plus 
  Willing to work on site

• Willing to work night shift 

• Have confidence when dealing with a wide variety of people

• Strong communication skills via phone and email.

• Strong interpersonal, teamwork, and customer service skills.

• Good time management and analytical skills.

• Good telephone etiquette and computer literacy skills.

• Must possess the Sales Development skills below:
