The Brand/Marketing Manager is responsible in managing (plan, lead, organize, control, implement, monitor and evaluate) the overall Brand Marketing Section, handling Brand Marketing, Marketing Communications and Marketing Services plans and programs of RAFI Micro-finance corporate brand and the RAFI Micro-finance program brands.

 

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of Business Management, Marketing, Mass Communications, Advertising or its equivalent

  • With at least 3-5 years experience in management role

  • Knowledgeable of marketing experience and proficiency in Brand Marketing, Product Marketing, Marketing Communications, Marketing Research and Events

  • Able to manage a team of Brand Associates
