Our experience has taught us that, even when we do our best to find a good fit through interviewing, nothing substitutes actually working together. Please use the secret word donkey in your email when applying. Before finalizing the hire, we will go through a few sample projects first where you will be paid hourly for the first 3-4 weeks. Afterward, you will go on salary and all the other benefits will kick in.
