OPERATIONS MANAGER


JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in operations management or related field.

  • At least 4-5 years’ experience in management, operations, and leadership.

  • Familiar with shipping industry and an ability to relate with shipping company

  • Knowledge in cost and productivity optimization through process optimization, as well as design and implementation of new operation procedures.

  • Understanding in finance related matters, setting budgets and reporting against financial objectives.

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate across the organization.
