What you will do:

Source qualified candidates through proven recruiting channels and networking relationships in the community while projecting a positive company image in order to ensure a constant flow of applicants
Understand job requirements for staffing needs
Develop cost-effective sourcing strategy for the company
Maintain trackers, costs and budget.
Reach out to candidates and relay application status and/or results.
Prepare regular reports on the recruiting and hiring efforts and outcomes.
Create recruitment strategies for different types of roles.
Help project staff costings for new roles.

What we are looking for:

Must have at least 1 year experience in recruitment
Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Preferably has experience recruiting large volumes of candidates for specific positions within strict deadlines.
Must be able to work independently with minimum supervision
Must have excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
Willing to work on night shift
