We are looking for 25 new SALES REPRESENTATIVE/SALES EXECUTIVE

Job Description:

• Introducing new options to clients and closing business based on their needs and goals.

• Maintaining clients in our CRM tool as directed by management

• Maintaining a minimum number of calls and call activity as determined by management

• Consult with clients if  interested in our marketing services

• Consult with clients, educate them on the marketing services available to meet the goals of their business, and build long-term relationships with them to ensure business sales are strong and marketing efforts are ongoing.

We are looking for:

• With at least 6 months to 1-year sales experience or background in BPO upselling, cross-selling, or retention (preferred but not necessary)

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Extensive understanding of sales process and dynamics.

• Superb interpersonal skills including the ability to quickly build rapport with clients.

• Experienced in using computers in a variety of tasks including word excel and outlook

• Able to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment.

• Willing to work onsite on a night-shift schedule.
