Is currently looking for:





  • Use customer service skills and product knowledge to provide impartial, knowledgeable advice in service solutions to ensure customers’ end-to-end needs are met

  • Provide inspiring, genuine, and helpful service through email ensuring that no customer is left unserved or underserved.

  • Compile reports on overall customer satisfaction, feedback and report to management regularly on product issues based on customers' feedback.

  • Assist customers with support inquiries of orders, cancellations, refunds, warranties, or terms of sale.

  • Communicate with fulfillment centers for shipment of products/orders and resolve customer complaints via emails and ticketing system.

  • To ensure good customer service is being delivered at all times.


  • Must be proficient in Microsoft applications.

  • With exceptional typing and multi-tasking skills to complete transactions and provide support solutions through written communication.

  • Can type at least 40wpm.

  • Previous customer service and online chat or email support experience will be an advantage.

  • Enjoys working with others and can commit to promoting a positive team environment.

  • Must be meticulous and focused and must have clear communication and good command of the English language.

  • Displays a willingness to learn and is a self-starter.

  • Comfortable with a desk-bound environment.
