HR Associate for Employee Benefits

Responsibilities:

Performs extensive service to employees regarding their company and government benefits, including administration, answering inquiries, performing research, processing, approving, providing feedback, and responding to employee questions (i.e. phone, email, face to face, or helpdesk).
Assist employees in communicating with third-party administrators to ensure reasonable responses to employee concerns and accuracy in the application of policy.
Perform a variety of administrative and complex benefit-related work, including but not limited to, maintaining a variety of files and filing systems to contain employee records for maintaining benefits-related forms and documents.
Performs a critical role in implementing the company-wide health and wellness program such as insurance and health plans, wellness events, and company-sponsored activities.
Administers monetary company rewards.
Validates yearly enrollment of third-party insurance.
Endorsement of Company Loans and Study Assistance.
Liaises with government agencies to ensure statutory compliance and submission of Maternity and Sickness Benefit Reimbursement.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

Graduate of any Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent
Preferably at least 1-year related experience, particularly in government-mandated benefits and Insurance
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in MS Office applications
