Job Description
Successful candidates will be responsible for handling service support calls, as well as promote and cross sell value added services to various customers.
Minimum Qualifications:
At least a high school graduate (old curriculum) or senior high school graduate (new curriculum)
Good English communication skills
Basic web navigation skills
A Filipino citizen or hold relevant residence status
With or without Call Center Experience
Valid NBI (6 months to 1 year from date of joining)
Willing to start immediately
Candidate must be residing within Cebu
Work At Home Requirements:
Highly stable internet connection with no packet loss
Minimum download speed: 15 MBPS
Minimum upload speed: 5 MBPS
Wired connection from modem/router to PC
Conducive workspace away from distractions
Should be willing to work on site in case of poor internet connection, PC problems, or due to business needs of the account.
