What you'll be doing?

• Communicates with customers on the phone or use written correspondence to take care of concerns.

• Realizing the customers’ requirements as a result of effective listening and questioning skills

• Dealing Transacting with all calls politely, courteously, professionally & assertively

• Matching customers’ wishes to Clients’ solutions and services

Minimum Qualifications:

• Candidates must be willing to work ASAP

• Willing to attend an Onsite interview

• Excellent English Communication Skills

• Knowledge in basic Microsoft programs

• MUST NOT be currently employed/studying

• High school graduates are welcome to apply with at least 6 months of BPO work experience is a plus but NOT required
