Aiming to expand our pool of multi-talented individuals, we are looking for a versatile Talent Acquisition Manager.


In this role you’ll get to manage these functions:

  • Team management

    • Oversee and ensure high performance of our recruiters and sourcers, providing guidance and mentoring

    • Ensure the skills development of every team member

    • Increase collaboration amongst team members

  • Sourcing and Hiring

    • Collaborate with teams in Vietnam, Bulgaria and other countries

    • Building and maintaining robust sourcing channels 

    • You may also be involved in employer branding and would need to work with our Marketing team 

  • Process Improvement

    • We would need your experience and expertise to spot areas where we can do better and lead projects that will improve it

    • Improve our current reporting tools

What you’ll need to succeed:

  • Minimum of 15 years of Sourcing and Recruitment experience with at least 5 years in a people manager role

  • Extensive experience in Tech recruiting and have a good understanding of the latest technological trends

  • International Hiring experience preferably in Vietnam / APAC and Eastern Europe

  • Proven track record in growing, motivating, and managing remote teams

  • Empathetic, emotionally intelligent, motivated, and passionate

  • Excellent English communication skills
