Aiming to expand our pool of multi-talented individuals, we are looking for a versatile Talent Acquisition Manager.
 
In this role you’ll get to manage these functions:
Team management
Oversee and ensure high performance of our recruiters and sourcers, providing guidance and mentoring
Ensure the skills development of every team member
Increase collaboration amongst team members
Sourcing and Hiring
Collaborate with teams in Vietnam, Bulgaria and other countries
Building and maintaining robust sourcing channels
You may also be involved in employer branding and would need to work with our Marketing team
Process Improvement
We would need your experience and expertise to spot areas where we can do better and lead projects that will improve it
Improve our current reporting tools
What you’ll need to succeed:
Minimum of 15 years of Sourcing and Recruitment experience with at least 5 years in a people manager role
Extensive experience in Tech recruiting and have a good understanding of the latest technological trends
International Hiring experience preferably in Vietnam / APAC and Eastern Europe
Proven track record in growing, motivating, and managing remote teams
Empathetic, emotionally intelligent, motivated, and passionate
Excellent English communication skills
