We are urgently looking for call center agents who:

  • have experience in technical support (if you only know basic troubleshooting, then that's fine, let's try your skills out)

  • knows how to use a computer

  • knows how to speak in English (hey, if you are not so confident with your English speaking skills, we'll help you out in the interview)

  • is okay to work on a night or graveyard (GY) shift (oh, yeah, we have a dayshift too!)

  • is okay with shifting schedules and working on weekends/holidays (don't worry, you'll have 2 rest days and bonuses if you work on holidays)

What will you do as a Tech Support?

  • You'll be answering calls and chats as well as helping our customers with both their technical and non-technical issues with their computer systems, software applications, and services.
